The Fun of Jet Lag

I was just about to end the day when I remembered that I had not yet blogged today. So, I shall leave you with a short illustration of the joys of jet lag...

This morning, I woke up on time, which was quite nice. I actually had enough time for a lovely chat with my mom before heading to work. I also ate breakfast, which never happens in my normal world. I went to work, greeted everyone, and settled in to work. Well, I worked and worked. There was probably smoke coming from my computer. I was feeling good - I felt like I had accomplished a good morning's work. I figured I had probably been working for several hours. So, you can imagine my surprise when I looked at my clock and discovered that I had been on duty for less than an hour. That was when I knew it was going to be a loooooooooong day. Sure enough, by about 1:00, my muddled brain decided it was time to go to sleep. Thankfully, I put up a pretty good fight and managed to stay awake and accomplish at least a few more things with my day. Now, though, I think I will let it take over and
