Not yeast

So, technically I have learned to read katakana. But sometimes I forget to actually read it. This was not yeast. It was shortening.

Hm-m-m-m...substituting shortening for yeast?? Sounds like Sharon's School of Cooking! he he he I had to say this before your aunt had a chance! What kind of bread did you attempt? Must have used eel as an ingredient to get a shock from it! lol
