Resolution #1


So, for my first published New Year"s Resolution, I think I am going to try to blog every day in the month of January. How's that for a determined resolution? ;-)

Today is actually January 1, despite what my blog says. So, hmmm, what to write about today? Writers block on day 1 is not a good plan...

Mississippi January
I have always loved early January in Mississippi. In January, there are usually many sunny days, there is green everywhere, and winter flowers bloom. Sometimes, there will even be a week or two of warm days. Well, today the sun shone, the green preened, and the flowers
bloomed. It does not look like I will experience any of the really warm days, but things have been beautiful and cheery anyways. It's certainly warmer than Hokkaido!

I think trying to blog every day is a tremendous resolution---especially from your readers' points of view!!!!! But don't worry if you get "blogged' down and can't post!! lol

Hey, that first post belongs to Sharon!!! I think my sweet daughter did not sign out after posting, and I did not check carefully before posting! Maybe my thinking was clouded by my unusual amount of wins at Scrabble Club today. lol

I'll be happy with as many posts as you can manage . . .and as many pictures!!! I especially like the photos from the grocery stores and of the food you have prepared!!!
